This policy explains how QOQ Design Ltd (“QOQ Design”, “we”) handles personal data on this website. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, listed further down this page, because each app handles different data.

This website
This website is deliberately plain. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, shows no adverts, and loads nothing from third parties: the fonts, images and code are all served from our own site. There are no forms and no accounts.
Like almost every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers keep technical logs when a page is requested. Those logs can include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser type. We use them only to keep the site secure and working. The hosting provider keeps these logs for a limited period under its own retention schedule; we don’t copy or keep them. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
When you contact us
If you write to us or call us, we receive your email address or phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply and to resolve your request. We keep support correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us, and then delete it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.
We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use it for marketing.
Our apps
Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, which says exactly what that app collects and why. Those policies will be listed here as the apps are released. Every app’s App Store page also links to its policy.

Who we share data with
We share personal data only with the service providers who need it to run this website and our email, acting on our instructions. If any of them process data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law provides for, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info@qoqdesign.com or call +44 7466 772547. We will reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
