What to include

It helps us answer faster if you tell us:

which app you’re using, and its version (shown on its App Store page)
your device and its operating system version
what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
a screenshot, if there is something to see

We reply as soon as we can.

Purchases, subscriptions and refunds

If an app offers purchases or subscriptions, they are billed by Apple, not by us. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you’re stuck, write to us and we’ll point you the right way.

Your data

To ask what data an app holds about you, or to have it deleted, email us and tell us which app you use. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Something we don’t do

QOQ Design publishes its own apps only. We don’t take on client projects, and we don’t publish or host apps for anyone else, so we can’t offer quotes.
